Bright Ideas Luncheon 2012

Sanford, N.C., November 16, 2012- Teachers across Eastern North Carolina gathered at Carter-Finley Stadium at NC State University on Friday to celebrate their accomplishments in the classroom. Several of Central Electric's Bright Ideas winners participated in the luncheon. The educators were also honored with a certificate and an opportunity to meet award-winning educator and best-selling author Stacey Bess. The event was apart of the Bright Ideas Grant program sponsored by North Carolina's Electric Cooperatives. Pictures of the event are below.
