Central Electric will restore your service as quickly as possible in the event of an outage.  Call the automated system at 877-766-6769 if an outage occurs, and the system will guide you through the reporting process. You may also call 919-774-4900 to speak with a representative between 8:00-5:00 p.m. Remember to stay away from downed power lines, and always assume they are energized.
