CENTRAL ELECTRIC CAREERS
Central Electric has approximately 65 employees in 41 job titles representing professional, engineering, accounting, computer, line construction, and support positions. The qualifications for these jobs range from requiring a high school education, or equivalent, up to college degrees in various disciplines. It is our policy to promote from within when possible, however, when external positions are available, they are posted with the Employment Security Commission, various newspapers in the area and on all bulletin boards of the Central EMC office. Applications will be issued from the corporate office in Sanford only when there are positions available. Each position requires a separate application and the applicant's qualifications must meet or exceed the listed minimum job requirements.
